Spring has finally surfaced in Regnum, the mass amount of ice and snow slowly beginning to vanish as the flowers take over. Though the rivers still contain some ice and many buildings have fallen to ground due to the earthquake, the colours of spring has managed to make the place seem a tad bit peaceful. Perhaps it's a sign that things will be getting better again soon.

It came so suddenly and without warning throughout the dead of the night: A sudden pulse throughout the city, followed by another and another. By the time people knew what was happening, a large earthquake shook the city, causing buildings to tumble, grounds to crack and shift and, worse of all, the city borders to collapse. Many lives were lost, others injured and lives completely changed forever.

The power plant in Regnum is still down, but some groups have gotten together with electric Pokemon to help restore some of the electricity to the city. It is suggested not to walk the streets alone as the crime rates have sky rocketed despite the efforts of the Enforcement Wing. Phones and internet is still down, but people have started finding other ways to communicate for the time being. In good news, the weather has begun to warm up, the snow and ice finally melting. Sadly, the barrier is still blocking people from leaving the city.

    Cursed Body
Back in the years and days of yonder when Bai had a small interest in just being a Trainer, he got himself two starting Pokemon- one of which was Shen, who, at the time, was a Gastly, of course. Over the years, he evolved, and seemingly inherited more of a borderline sinister nature through his evolutions. Much like any other Gengar, Shen has a bit of a nasty mischievous streak. To say that he's a bit of a childish joker would be an understatement, and could be found going around and bothering, annoying, or messing with other Pokemon- if not some combination of all three and more. ...Shen also has a habit of laughing, too, to throw people off. Don't let those Gengar laughs chill you to the core too much, folks~.
    Iron Fist
Back in the past, there was a time when Bai and his twin actually wanted to test the Trainer lifestyle out- and Cethin here had been one of his starting Pokemon when he was still a tiny Pancham. Out of the entirety of Bai Hu's party, Cethin would probably be the most laid back. If he isn't lounging around when out of his Pokeball, he's probably going around helping other Pokemon and interacting with them at his own leisure. All in all, he seems to be the type who just likes to have fun and enjoy himself, but keep an eye out for him, in any case. Do anything to make him mad, and he'll throw down. Maybe he'll even sit on you- and I'm pretty sure you don't want a Pangoro sitting on you.
Fafnir was originally a Pokemon that belonged to Bai's father when he was still a Deino, but as time went on, he gave him to Bai himself as matters in their family business became more prominent. Now, just like Shen, Fafnir is a bit on the obnoxious side of things- but for a different reason. While Shen is a obnoxious in the joker sense, to put it bluntly, Fafnir is a bit obnoxious because he (one) normally doesn't shut up, and (two), seems to like attention. Imagine a needy cat, basically. If you're minding your own business, you'll probably hear him making demanding noises to catch your attention, and if you don't look at him, he'll probably try and body slam you or something. Boy likes his attention. ...Also likes his food. Honestly, he probably wants attention because he wants food. He's a bundle of fun, but maaay or may not be a bit greedy, too.
    Poison Point
Castor was originally supposed to be apart of Bai's twin's Pokemon party when he was around twenty-three as a congratulations for his dedication to the business, but because of his initial disliking towards him, he was actually passed over to Bai instead. Now, contrasting from both Shen and Fafnir, Castor is surprisingly a bit on the calmer side. He tends to keep to himself for the most part, and when he's introduced to new Pokemon, he really just spends his initial time staring at them and observing them before actually interacting. He's a bit on the independent side, to say the least- but he does like snagging some attention from other people on occasion. Petting and affection are two of some of his favorite things, so go crazy.
    Rough Skin
Initially gifted to Bai by another friend of his in his business life within the last five years or so. Honestly, be sure to watch out for Drakon. Generally, he's nice and likes to play around, and is also a bundle of erratic and spazzing energy as of now. Somewhat like Fafnir, he has times where he can't keep quiet, and is also a bit needy in terms of attention, but for the most part, he normally just clings to Bai the most. The thing to be aware of is the fact that he tends to like biting people, though. Bai's managed to train him not to for the most part, but there's still probably going to be some occasions where he just...walks up to you and bites your shin or something.
The newest addition to Bai's party. Bai actually adopted Odin after his younger sister found him as a stray. His personality is most likely going to change through his evolution phases, but as of now, Odin is, quite literally, the baby of the group so far. He's extremely friendly and hyperactive, and loves to play around with new acquaintances- regardless of if they're humans or other Pokemon. Alongside that, he tends to be the most jumpy and easily scared among the group. Give him the slightest scare, and he'll probably yelp before bounding back over to Bai. When he's out of his Pokeball - which tends to be pretty often - Bai Hu tends to like cradling him in his arms, or maybe even balancing him on the back of his head and neck, so he's normally in quick sight.
Baihu was born on January 7th to Guangxi Wang and Daiyu Wang - his father and mother, respectively - and due to the fact that they had actually been members of one of countless gangs that reigned throughout Sinnoh at the time, had also been born into the very same gang from the start. The same applied to his elder and twin brothers, while his sister chose to peacefully try and live away from the potential chaos that life in the gang would bring. All of the aforementioned family members had been born in Snowpoint City in Sinnoh.

It wasn’t until Baihu was approximately eight years of age and several years into his tai chi and taekwondo training by suggestion and initiation by his father that his parents gathered their children, as well as a few other family members, and headed over to Regnum City by direction of some of their gang higher ups with the intention of creating a subtle sphere of influence and connection within the area; primarily within its black light districts. So, the six of them moved from Sinnoh and relocated to Regnum alongside several other gang members that they were acquainted with, where they all quickly settled into a rather expensive and luxurious villa from the funds that Guangxi and Daiyu accumulated through their years of dedication to their gang, as well as from being a part of the company that Guangxi’s sister and her husband ran. From then on, he enrolled into tai chi and taekwondo classes once more - all while also being personally trained by his father - and also resumed his education through top-class private tutors that his parents hired for their children. Save for minor differences such as growing used to the new customs, life went on like it normally did for the next few years.

As was necessary, Bai Hu and his siblings begun their schooling years after moving from Sinnoh, all while keeping up with their extra studies at home, alongside whatever extracurricular activities that they each became involved within throughout the following years ahead of them. Due to their relatively close ages, he and his brothers often shared the campuses of their schools while growing up, and as such, spent even more time with one another as their schooling progressed onwards. The three of them excelled easily within their academics to say the very least, thus giving them leeway with their good grades and even their activity within some other clubs- but in any case, they proved to be necessary to have a close eye kept upon them.

The longer they were together, the more trouble they proved to be capable of causing. Although they were diligent during class and excelled greatly within academics, they were each their own bit of excessive troublemakers. Being the types to be highly mischievous in the past, they found it fun to mess with their fellow peers, which often resulted in many teacher confrontations, though had never been bad enough for suspension. Even when Liuyan had graduated and begun to grow more active within the gang-related activities that their parents were running in the other districts, both Baihu and Shibo only served to continuously wreak their own sort of mischievous havoc on their classmates; sometimes being caught in the act, and sometimes running free as a result of no actual evidence able to be pinned to them. Towards their years in their latter junior years and early senior, they begun taking a small dip into the family businesses while remaining under the radar with the help of their parents, as well as using the evasion tactics that they taught them in the past. They initially participated in minor drug trafficking after school hours and away from the campus, which only seemed to bolster their confidence after every successful sell. This, in turn, seemed to have some effect on their confidence, and it was because of this that they began to inherit their ‘holier-than-thou’ attitudes, as well as their increased prank levels. Towards their last two years in high school, they got into the occasional fight, and each of them had gotten suspended once on different occasions. During both times, they simply acquired private tutoring for the time they were off campus, and also used their absence to indulge and grow more accustomed to their family’s businesses.

After cleaning up their acts for the sake of graduation, though, they each left their high school soon after they turned eighteen, and much like Liuyan, who had long since held a solid place within his own activities and directives, devoted themselves to a career on the surface for sake of maintaining a reasonable facade of an identity, all while becoming more dedicated to the other things that their gang dealt with. Their time in the other districts increased alongside their parents at first, but only about four years later at twenty-two, both Baihu and Shibo had grown cunning and witty enough to go into their respective jobs without their parents to walk them through. In that same year, they also encountered their first job mishap, which ended up in a minor shootout. Having been trained through the occasional marksmanship trial by their parents through the years, as well as taking the occasional visit to the shooting ranges as they got older, they shot back accordingly, though the suddenness and shock of it all provoked both of them into having to haul their own weights even more within their first awry experience. Although a few of the fellow gang members that had accompanied them had died and been wounded, they and a few other members managed to escape, and were quick to disperse upon hearing the slightest and vaguest sound of distant police sirens.

Since then, Baihu had continued to indulge within the family business, all while gradually discovering his love for the rush he felt when things started going awry. By twenty-five, he had been caught in the midst of countless other gang wars and evaded the police by making use of the personal stealth and parkour training that he started in his childhood. By twenty-seven, he had been sent on quite a few hit marks; some of which required him to kidnap a few of his targets and pull information out of through harsher means before offing them. During one of them, he actually had the tables turned on him, and he was the one being beaten for information on who he worked for. Truth be told? The only reason he managed to escape that one was because of how his brother - a more techier one between them - had gone through the liberty of tracking his devices and hacking into them to hear what was happening around him; a habit that he got into partway into their twenties for sake of keeping his twin brother safe. As such, he and a few other members of their gang at the time hustled over while flushing out the guards, and before long, they flooded the building and busted the door down before taking out the majority of the men standing watch around Bai Hu at the time. Some of them had been wounded in a quick burst, and others had been unable to react before they were rendered either killed or unconscious as well, and at a certain point, Bai himself was excavated from the scene by his brother while the rest of their companions held the scene off for them. His parents heard about it when he returned wounded, of course, and later that day while a few, personal family doctors tended to his injuries, a few of their other gang associates gathered before making off to affirm the situation.

The bodies of his temporary captors were mysteriously found the next morning; each in different, yet secluded locations of the city.

With a few weeks’ worth of rest to recover from the beating he received, Bai returned to his surface job as another higher up in his family’s company alongside Shibo, all while still maintaining his involvement as a gang member- and as time went on, he became affiliated with other members of the Yamask Saints through several joint missions; eventually becoming a common partner in joint missions between their gangs, as well as handling a few other missions for them alongside his other gang companions under direction of his parents. During the day, they would serve their positions in the company, while the night would be dedicated to their lives as gang members primarily in the shadier districts. Every so often, he’d also take the occasional mark request or assassination mission as was necessary- though not without having his bout of fun with the target before disposing of the body accordingly.

Such has been his life ever since.
