the city of regnum
Welcome to Forever Forgotten, a Pokemon roleplay set in a cursed city inside a giant hole in the ground. We welcome roleplayers of all levels, and we offer a wide variety of events with chances for members to directly impact the site's overall plot. Join the government wings to maintain peace and harmony in the city, the notorious Yamask Saints or the rising Granbull Gang in pursuit of money or your own personal goals; or perhaps join us as a simple civilian trying to make it on their own.
12/25/17 The Serbati (Christmas) event is now up and running! Grab some free gifts from the Regnum City, trade with your friends and have fun celebrating the holidays with loved (or not so loved) ones!

A new contest: Here! Members are able to compete in creating their own Regnum Pokemon (much like the Alolan Pokemon). Six lucky people will have those Pokemon made officially on the site. Check out the link for more details.

A new event: Here! The GBGs are up to no good and everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Signups will be running for one week and you will be able to sign up even after the event has started. All of the GBG members have received a password for the locked board. Please do not share this with any other members unless they have a GBG Character.

Spring has finally surfaced in Regnum, the mass amount of ice and snow slowly beginning to vanish as the flowers take over. Though the rivers still contain some ice and many buildings have fallen to ground due to the earthquake, the colours of spring has managed to make the place seem a tad bit peaceful. Perhaps it's a sign that things will be getting better again soon.

It came so suddenly and without warning throughout the dead of the night: A sudden pulse throughout the city, followed by another and another. By the time people knew what was happening, a large earthquake shook the city, causing buildings to tumble, grounds to crack and shift and, worse of all, the city borders to collapse. Many lives were lost, others injured and lives completely changed forever.

The power plant in Regnum is still down, but some groups have gotten together with electric Pokemon to help restore some of the electricity to the city. It is suggested not to walk the streets alone as the crime rates have sky rocketed despite the efforts of the Enforcement Wing. Phones and internet is still down, but people have started finding other ways to communicate for the time being. In good news, the weather has begun to warm up, the snow and ice finally melting. Sadly, the barrier is still blocking people from leaving the city.

the science wing
the future is now, thanks to science!
From those with curious minds eager to delve into the world's mysteries to innovative individuals interested in developing technologies that'll make life easier, the Science Wing is primarily dedicated to exploring all the wonders of the natural and physical worlds. People within the wing are encouraged to research their area of interest and share their findings; if a study gains enough attention, it may receive a government grant to help further progress.

On the grittier side of the Science Wing is the Forensics Branch, where crime specialists study evidence found at crime scenes or extracted from suspects or suspicious areas to assist the Enforcement Wing in capturing criminals. Individuals in this branch also may consult with the other scientists if they need help studying something out of their area of expertise.
The Science Wing's main base of operations covers the northwest area of the city center. Sections are divided by areas of expertise—e.g., one is dedicated to technology-based sciences while another is for forensics—with the higher-ups' offices scattered about. Scientists also may have their own places throughout the city to conduct their research; if they need specific areas roped off, they're asked to get approval from the council first and put up signs so the civilians know not to tamper with the enclosure.
Using the ~power of science~, all Science Wing members have a higher chance of bred Pokemon hatching shiny/a unique color/a hybrid, if applicable.
Created by a group of hopeful, brilliant minds, the Science Wing came into existence after the city center was completed. It started out as a small building, with disorganized workspaces and barely any funding to help the creators make leeway on their studies. After a scientific breakthrough that made global papers, the Science Wing garnered more awareness and received more than enough funds to expand in order to hold more high-tech equipment, rooms, and, most importantly, scientists.

Science Branch
Head Scientists: The Head Scientists are essentially the ones in charge of the majority of the Science Wing. They consist of the wing's most brilliant, creative minds whose efforts have been recognized by many within. With each specializing in a field or two, they may take scientists under their wing to help them with their studies; otherwise, they oversee all projects and research and are the ones to approve or reject proposals.

Project Leaders: As their title suggests, the Project Leaders take charge of some of the biggest projects in the Science Wing, often ones developed by themselves. Though they also specialize in certain fields, they are independent individuals who are not tied down to a specific Head Scientist and may, for the most part, make their own decisions and dictate instructions for whoever assists them.

Scientists: Scientists are individuals who research or are knowledgeable in at least one area of science. If given permission, they may conduct their own study; however, they generally work under the watchful eyes of the Head Scientists or Project Leaders.

Jr. Scientists: Budding scientists, often fresh out of high school or college, are granted the opportunity to work amongst the more seasoned scientists and bring their own ideas to the table. They are oftentimes part-timers as they are still in school.
Forensics Branch
Lead Forensics Specialists: The Lead Forensics Specialists oversee the entire Forensics Branch. Though they may only specialize in one or two fields, their expertise in those areas is second to none. They are the ones the Enforcement Wing consults the most, though without the help of their colleagues they wouldn't be able to provide the support necessary for tracking down criminals.

Forensics Specialists: Scientists more interested in the criminal justice aspect of scientific research, they use their knowledge to study crime scene evidence or anything possibly related to a crime in order to help the Enforcement Wing apprehend criminals.
