It came so suddenly and without warning throughout the dead of the night: A sudden pulse throughout the city, followed by another and another. By the time people knew what was happening, a large earthquake shook the city, causing buildings to tumble, grounds to crack and shift and, worse of all, the city borders to collapse. Many lives were lost, others injured and lives completely changed forever.
The power plant in Regnum is still down, but some groups have gotten together with electric Pokemon to help restore some of the electricity to the city. It is suggested not to walk the streets alone as the crime rates have sky rocketed despite the efforts of the Enforcement Wing. Phones and internet is still down, but people have started finding other ways to communicate for the time being. In good news, the weather has begun to warm up, the snow and ice finally melting. Sadly, the barrier is still blocking people from leaving the city.

The Protectors of the People

Location:Though there are many smaller offices throughout the city. The Main Station, The Prison, The Fire Station and ESO are all located next to the East and South side of The City Center.
Perks:The Enforcement Wing members are all capable of starting with three 1st evolution Pokemon instead of two.
History:A very long time ago, The Enforcement Wing and The Pokemon Wing where one group known as The Knights. Enforcement WingExecutive Enforcer:
The head of The Enforcement Wing. They are in charge and overlook everything that's going on. All except The Fire Department and ESO. In other words, what they say, goes. Unless, of course, it breaks the law. Regnum-born only.
As the name suggests, Lead Enforcers are the leaders of any current cases or operations going down. That means The Detectives and Officers all report to them. They often hand out assignments and cases given to them by The Executive Enforcer. They also commonly put together operations for drug, prostitution and illegal Pokemon battling busts.
When a case needs an investigation, no matter how big or small, a Detective is assigned to it. They're in charge of finding and gathering all the evidence they can before appearing in front of a court to explain what they found.
Officers are the ones people most commonly see patrolling the streets and upholding the law. They're also usually the first ones at the scene of an emergency.
The ESODirector of Operations:
They are in charge of everything within the ESO, including giving orders to The Lead Spy, Infiltration Lead and Control Center Lead. Their primary job is to ensure each section works in unison and to the best of their capability. Regnum-born only.
The Lead Spy is in charge of every spy within the ESO. They give the orders and cases to Spies who carry out those tasks. The only person who can give The Lead Spy orders is The Director of Operations.
Each Spy is given a case, sometimes they either work with other Spies or work alone. Most cases involve spying on high-risk targets, gathering as much information as they can. Then, they either take down their target or give the information to The Infiltration Lead.
They are in charge of The Infiltration Team. It's up to them to ensure that the team stays in top shape. When called upon, they are the ones who instruct the team on taking down large illegal organizations that The Enforcement Wing is under armed to handle.
These are highly trained soldiers who surround and take out large dangerous organizations. Each member of this team needs to be extremely and physically fit while achieving top scores in a number of other trades. These trades consist of gun handling and range. They are each tested monthly.
Control Center Lead:
This person is in charge of the entire Control Center Team and works directly with The Director of Operations to keep the information and technology flowing. Without them and their team, the rest of the groups would be in the dark.
Control Center Operators:
Also known as the brains of the operation. They are the tech nerds who keep tabs and eyes on everything. If there's any equipment or information that The Spies or Infiltration Team needs, these are the people who supply it.
Fire DepartmentFire Department Chief:
They are in charge of The Fire Department. They ensure everything moves smoothly, including keeping the building, equipment, trucks, and Firefighters in tip-top shape.
Whenever there's a fire or the risk of a fire, these are the people who go to the rescue. Every Firefighter is on call at all times and usually, a team of five will show up to emergencies.
