the city of regnum
Welcome to Forever Forgotten, a Pokemon roleplay set in a cursed city inside a giant hole in the ground. We welcome roleplayers of all levels, and we offer a wide variety of events with chances for members to directly impact the site's overall plot. Join the government wings to maintain peace and harmony in the city, the notorious Yamask Saints or the rising Granbull Gang in pursuit of money or your own personal goals; or perhaps join us as a simple civilian trying to make it on their own.
12/25/17 The Serbati (Christmas) event is now up and running! Grab some free gifts from the Regnum City, trade with your friends and have fun celebrating the holidays with loved (or not so loved) ones!

A new contest: Here! Members are able to compete in creating their own Regnum Pokemon (much like the Alolan Pokemon). Six lucky people will have those Pokemon made officially on the site. Check out the link for more details.

A new event: Here! The GBGs are up to no good and everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Signups will be running for one week and you will be able to sign up even after the event has started. All of the GBG members have received a password for the locked board. Please do not share this with any other members unless they have a GBG Character.

Spring has finally surfaced in Regnum, the mass amount of ice and snow slowly beginning to vanish as the flowers take over. Though the rivers still contain some ice and many buildings have fallen to ground due to the earthquake, the colours of spring has managed to make the place seem a tad bit peaceful. Perhaps it's a sign that things will be getting better again soon.

It came so suddenly and without warning throughout the dead of the night: A sudden pulse throughout the city, followed by another and another. By the time people knew what was happening, a large earthquake shook the city, causing buildings to tumble, grounds to crack and shift and, worse of all, the city borders to collapse. Many lives were lost, others injured and lives completely changed forever.

The power plant in Regnum is still down, but some groups have gotten together with electric Pokemon to help restore some of the electricity to the city. It is suggested not to walk the streets alone as the crime rates have sky rocketed despite the efforts of the Enforcement Wing. Phones and internet is still down, but people have started finding other ways to communicate for the time being. In good news, the weather has begun to warm up, the snow and ice finally melting. Sadly, the barrier is still blocking people from leaving the city.

the yamask saints
the mask of greed
The Yamask Saints are the richest and most powerful Mafia in Regnum City. They are highly rivaled only by The Granbull Gang and feared by most of the city. Members of The Yamask Saints tend to be made up with a combination of the wealthy and poor. Wealthier members often hold higher positions while poorer members are usually placed as soldiers. The higher ranks in The Saints are usually passed down from a single families generation. For example, when a Capo dies or is imprisoned for life, the next of kin will usually take over. But, if there's no kin left, another powerful member appointed by The Boss will takes over. On rare occasions, a poorer member can step up and claim a higher position for themselves. It's also not uncommon for Saints to betray other Saints to take their spot.

Most members of The Yamask Saints are kept in secret and are well protected by other members. However, if a member were to mess up, piss off someone of a higher rank, get caught swindling the group or is simply disliked by The Boss. Then they will likely be killed, framed or both. Not all members joined The Yamask Saints by choice. But, once you're a Saint, you're a Saint for life. Any attempt to leave The Yamask Saints often ends in death.

Also, all Yamask Saint members carry a mask of their own choosing to hide their identity.
They completely run within The Northern District and small parts of other districts. Their location of operation often changes depending on the Boss's or Capo's desires and total avoidance of the law. Most meetings with the Boss or Underboss happen within their home or desired locations. If a place becomes compromised, it will usually become cleaned and emptied. They also run The Black Market.
All Saints receive a 20% discount in The Black Market.
The Yamask Saints are the oldest criminal group in Regnum, dating back as far as The Renaissance years. Even if their origin was long lost in the ever changing city, there's still one part that seems to repeat itself no matter who you've heard it from. According to the lore, The Yamask Saints began the same way most mafias began: greed.

As story has it, one of the richest men in Regnum had begun lending out money and favors to those who desperately needed it. The deal was, he would lend them money or a favor. Then, when they were able to, they would pay him back. But, there was a catch. For every month it took to pay him back, he taxed them extra. For many, the number would become extremely high, that it would be impossible to pay off. When that happened, they had no choice but to either end up working for him or be killed. The work he had them undergoing was never honest work. He'd have them either help collect money from those who owed him, work in the mines or become traffickers of illegal goods, such as: Pokemon, alcohol and even people. If anyone attempted to defy him or kill him, he had them murdered without any hesitation. If another wealthier family rose up against him, he had them either removed or dragged to work under him. Although, the stories of his brutality changes with every person who tells the tale. But, one thing remains the same: The Yamask Saint's power never died out.
when applying
Please state what Capo you are serving under. If you are a Capo, please state what section you will run.
The Boss/Don is the highest ranked and richest member of The Yamask Saints. They are usually treated with the most highest respect out of all the other members. Everything they say goes, no matter how fair or gruesome it may be. If they tell you to kill someone, you kill someone. If they tell you to marry someone, you marry them. If they ask for all your money, you give them all your money. Failure to follow commands will lead to death or worse. A sum of all of the money made by The Yamask Saints goes directly to The Boss and Underboss. From there, they determine who gets paid and how much.

The Underboss is the second in command and next in line to take over The Yamask Saints if something were to ever happen to the Boss/Don. They are usually more involved with The Capos, giving them commands that The Boss/Don gave. The Underboss ensures that everyone is doing their job correctly and is usually the first person that members go to when problem arises. They are also the one who usually gives frequent updates to The Boss/Don.

Consiglieres are usually old retired Mafia Bosses, a family member or a good friend of the current Boss/Don. Usually, The Boss highly respects The Consigliere and their opinion, going to them often for advice. However, they are not necessarily a full member of The Yamask Saints. But, they are still often given just as much respect as The Boss/Don and is well paid for their advice.

Caporegime (Capo)
The Capo's are in charge of a single section of The Yamask Saints and usually report to The Boss/Don or Underboss. They recruit their own members, working closely with each one of them and paying them with the money The Boss/Don has given them for their work. There are currently six different groups that a single Capo runs; The Collectors, Informers, Distributors, Traffickers, Assassins and Security.

Soldiers are the ones who do all the grunt work. Depending on what Capo they serve under, their work will vary. Below is an explanation of each group they could serve under.

The Collectors
They are the ones who collect from clients. These could be by money, Pokemon or service. Usually, they collect by force and are known as the more thuggish and less intelligent members of The Yamask Saints. In other words, if you owe The Yamask Saints any money, they will be the ones coming into your home to retrieve it. If you are unable to pay up, they will either beat you, destroy your home, kill/recruit family members or kill/recruit you. They are highly skilled in what they do. When something goes wrong, these members are often the ones who will take the fall for it.

The Informers
They are better known as the spies for The Yamask Saints. They are the ones who know about everything that's going on throughout the city. They are usually highly intelligent, excellent liars and very good at gathering information.

The Traffickers
These are the people who gather and supply all the goods that are sold by The Yamask Saints. These can range from illegal imports from outside sources, drugs, Pokemon and sometimes even human slaves. Each member tends to stick to one area of expertise. For example, those importing illegal supplies usually only focus on that task, while those who steal and hunt down rare Pokemon only focus on that task. It would be quite rare to see a Pokemon Trafficker dealing with drugs. When they have gathered all of their goods, they document everything and hand it off to The Distributors to sell.

The Distributors
They are the ones who distribute goods and run the shops that are owned by The Yamask Saints. They also ensure that all of the goods are well protected from rival gangs, mafias, and enforcers. Due to their close ties with the public, these members are often the first people that The Enforcers end up arresting.

The Assassins
Very few people ever see or live to tell about their encounters with this group. They are the ones who are called in when a high profile target needs to be taken down. They are known for eliminating their targets quickly while leaving the scene completely spotless. They are also the ones in charge of cleaning and covering up murders caused by The Yamask Saints. Usually, The Assassins themselves and the cleanup crew are two different people. But, they are all under the command of the same Capo.

The Security
Just as the name suggests, this group takes care of all the security for The Yamask Saints. They are the ones who supply not only the manpower and bodies guards but also the technology to protect members, secret information, money, and goods.
